A holistic, deeply relaxing yet stimulating treatment dealing with the principles that there are 'Reflex Areas' in the hands/feet which correspond to all the organs, glands, systems and parts of the body. By manipulating and applying pressure to certain points the aim is to assist the body to return to a state of homeostasis. Treatment Time: 45mins - 1hr
Thai Foot Massage: £25
A type of massage which makes sure that the lower legs and feet are stretched to open the energy lines. A bamboo stick is used to stimulate the reflex points on the feet which correspond to the body's internal organs. Treatment Time: 30mins
Reiki: £25 - £35
Reiki is a complementary therapy using the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to the client. it is a known treatment to reduce stress and promote natural healing. Reiki will be performed hands on and off dependent on need of the area.

Baby Reflexology: £35
Reflexology has nurturing and therapeutic effects, especially on our little ones! It can be done anywhere and even on top of socks. It is non-intrusive and can be very soothing for baby, particularly if they are feeling under the weather. This treatment is one to one and can be done in The Little Room or in the comfort of your own home if local. Treatment Time: 30 - 45mins
Toddler Reflexology: £35
Reflexology has nurturing and therapeutic effects, especially on our little ones! As our toddlers are always on the move this is an interactive treatment focusing on hand reflexology with tips and tricks for Parent/Caregiver to take away. This treatment is one to one and can be done in The Little Room or in the comfort of your own home if local in a fun and engaging way. Treatment Time: 30 - 45mins
Child Reflexology: £35
Specifically for 5-15 year olds.
As a qualified Reflexologist the treatment will be tailored to any needs of the child. It is a relaxing treatment in the comfort of the therapy room which will help promote calmness and aid with any concerns. Advice can also be given to Parent/Caregiver of techniques they can do from home. Treatment Time: 30 - 45mins
